This necklace is a stunner! It has all the components to make it equally Art Deco and Victorian: beautiful lace, draping brass chains and filigree, rose opal cabochons, and topaz-shaded crystals. The Cecilia necklace is quite unique and matches the Cecilia Earrings. The display bust is smaller than the average human, but this necklace is a good size, pairing nicely with a plunging neckline.
